    Fulcrum, a company that couldn't care less. Bad initial job, bad repair, worse customer experience ever, and no after care. They can't even take care of their own equipment. Weeks after the repair and their mess is still here.

    Awful experience with fulcrum. When building new gas pipes, they noticed a leak that they tried to cover with industrial cling film and buried. A while later, the leak became noticeable outside. SGN did a quick fix within 24 hours. It took 2 months for Fulcrum to repair, blocking access to garage, neighbours and road. They did some call in sick, some no show. They constantly gave incorrect info and wrong date. Never a warning or apology for not turning up. Avoid !

    This has to be the worst company I have dealt with n a long time.Today for the second time in a few weeks I have stayed in waiting for an engineer to call to install a "smart meter". Both times it has been a no show and not even a pnone call or text as to why.After the first time I emailed their hq and did not even receive an acknowledgement let alone a reply.The second time(today)after contacting the call centre to be told the engineer has been sent out to an emergency again no call Result one and a half days waisted . Needless to say there is not going to be a third chance to fit the meter I will go without it.
