Excellent service when purchasing my property using Fulchers. Staff were always quick to respond to any queries I had, or explain any of the more complex aspects of the process, and everything was completed on-time.

Appointed this firm for professional advice on an employment contract. I expected to be informed of any legal wording that I should pay attention too. Instead I had a newly qualified solicitor simply read each page to me. Complete waste of my time and to be charged £288 ( insisted on being paid upfront and now I know why!) was an insult. In reply to your reply I questioned why employment law contract required the same level of id as a property purchase. I was requested to send through a copy of the contract so that your solicitor ( who you telephonist indicated was a new solicitor) had time to prepare for our meeting. It appeared to me that from the start of the meeting little or no preparation had taken place. He commented to me that most of the contract was copied and pasted from similar contracts therefore this should have made this much easier. I was paying for advice on legal jargon contained within the contract not to have this just read to me. If I had left finding out just one item that I did not already know I would have been perfectly happy. As it was I left with no information gained . If other people reading this want you to check their employment contract and want to pay £288 for a hours meeting they are welcome and hopefully they will have a better experience than me!

Have been using Fulchers for years now. Having completed three property transactions with them without a hitch on their part I reccomend them all the time to friends and family for the services they offer. There was a recent review by a Mrs Alexander where I was the buyer in that transaction. The fault was not of Fulchers but of the sellers solicitors delay in answering Fulchers enquiries so I would therefore diregard that review. Top class local solicitor firm.

I have just purchased my first property using Fulchers as my solicitors. I found them to be very knowledgeable, calm and in control throughout the whole process. Whenever the seller tried to put any pressure on causing me to panic, Shellie calmed me down very quickly and dealt with the issue. She even managed to get the deal completed at the 11th hour, I thought this was never going to get over the line as we were still waiting on information from the sellers solicitors, but Shellie managed to do it and now I can say I am the proud owner of my first home. Thanks Shellie!
