If only every company was like FTS. Equipment supplied promptly, exactly as described and at a competitive cost. When we managed to break our new unit (entirely our fault), FTS worked out what we needed and for a very low fee we had the part 12 hours later. (we bought a DESO 3500 diesel tank with pump/meter, DESO 1000 waste oil and an adblue pump for IBCs). We're opening a new depot next year and I shall be back to FTS for another similar order. WARNING: a lot of supposed tank resellers don't have relationships with the manufacturers at all and will just take your order and buy from people like FTS, then sell on to you at an inflated cost- I nearly got caught that way. FTS is a genuine reseller- (I checked before ordering) and I would recommend them 100%. PS I don't know why there are a few 'poor customer service' comments below. I've found them to be exceptionally helpful and professional. If anything, WE messed them about due to delays in moving site and yet they were patient and helpful with arranging delivery and the above mentioned replacement part. Perhaps those reviews are by people who didn't treat them with a bit of respect???

Dont bother with this company. I moved house last May/June 2020 and ordered a replacement oil tank lid amongst dozens of other purchases for our house renovation. I immediately had to cancel the order and spoke to the company by phone who said they would process a refund. Unbeknown to me this had not been completed. So eight months later an email arrived this week asking for my bank details in order to process the £89 refund. Apparently the refund won't now go through for another 2 weeks !! Avoid.
