We have regular oil deliveries at our home, this is by far the best company we've ever used. The staff were helpful and nothing was a problem. The driver was amazing. I would highly recommend using these guys. I wont be using anyone else.

Ordered when we returned from holiday on 5th Oct and was told it would be here by the end of the month. Rang them in mid-Oct to up the quantity - no change in delivery date. I asked if a 3wk+ wait was now the norm and was told no, they were just clearing a backlog as they had been so busy. I rang last week and was told they could still only say "by the end of the month" due to excessive demand, M25 protesters, and drivers off sick and in an accident - I was told that last one before when they failed to deliver by their promised date. Well, Monday is 1st November so I guess they have failed again

Emergency delivery - paid a premium - failed to deliver. Ordered on a Monday via phone, was told delivery by Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest and received email confirmation (so the order is in their system). Called Wednesday afternoon and told terribly sorry, they didn't know about delivery, truck broke down / driver ill / dog ate homework, and didn't bother to call us to warn of no-show. Told it will arrive Friday. Explained we have no heating, it's 9c inside, got small kids, I work from home. Clearly a customer's emergency isn't important to these people. (the ladies in sales were nice, but that doesn't keep my kids warm) Update July 2021 - Since writing this I've had 2 more deliveries from Fuel Oils but not emergency, just normal "whenever you can" and they've been fine. Price-wise they seem competitive. Just be wary of emergency delivery. I'm upgrading my rating from 1 star to 3 stars because of this.
