Went there to buy a handle bar thinking that I'd have to fit it myself. However, they offered to fit it for me on the spot. They also made sure to fit it to my dimensions and likes with advice from them. Like a minor bike fit for free! Top people in this store. You can tell they really care. Would love to say this is the norm but it's not. Quality service. 5 stars from me.
