Called FT Services who repaired our forklift when our usual supplier couldn’t sort it for weeks. Mike and his team are very knowledgeable and the service is impeccable! Needless to say, FT Services is our go to place now for all our forklift needs and digger hire and repairs !

UNRELIABLE SERVICE!!!!!! I have contacted FT Services on numerous occasions to have my forklift looked at to have repaired. Mike has visited only once in December 2018, and briefly gave the forklift a once over and tightened two hose lines (which broke off on the next use) to which I have asked Mike to put right as I feel I paid for nothing. I have since emailed and called Mike to return to sort out other wear and tear issues with the forklift to which I have had no response or failed promises. Mike was due out to see me today (24/04/2019), for an appointment I had made last week, which I also followed up with an email, However only after calling him, I was told quite rudely that he will not make it and will have to see for another time.... I have been emailing and calling for the past 4-5 months, any reputable business operating a forklift understands the importance of getting up and running with as little down time as possible. FT Services is certainly NOT a company with that same value in mind. I have attached my emails and phone logs as proof of this disorganised dealing with FT Services.
