Terrible company who lie and take people’s money without ever delivering on the product ordered. I ordered through Etsy and after months of delays with no communication they lied to me twice about new delivery dates. Esty issued a refund to me directly, but they then sent a false dispatch email, would not go near them with a 10ft barge pole. Service: Stair flooring

I have never left a bad review in this way but this company are appaling. They have taken our money, over £300, and not delivered our product. We ordered back in March on the understanding that delivery was within 14 days maximum as stated on their website. We have emailed, called and left numerous messages all of which are ignored. I did manage to get thorough once and was told it would be "end of the week, latest" although I was given no apology or explanation. That was over three weeks ago. They have closed their Instagram account and I'm assuming have been blocked from trading on Etsy but are unbelievably still taking orders on their website, despite clearly not being able to fulfill existing ones. This company need to be honest, do the decent thing and communicate with all the people who's money they have taken. Service: Stair flooring

We played on order on the 11th April - it never arrived and now we are being ignored. We have contacted them on numerous occasions via email and phone and managed to get through once, where we were told they had "personnel changes" and they would rush the job (But of course, it never arrived still). They are also linked to Flooring Team in London, so I would just avoid both companies.
