    I have a gaming laptop with fans that were starting to making worrying sounds. Mo quickly diagnosed the problem and told me exactly what replacements to purchase. When they came in he installed them fast and reapplied thermal gel for me. The laptop runs so quietly now, I have to check if it's on! I will be back for any computer needs I have in the future.

These people are really caring humans repairing computers who want you and your gear to do better rather than a business who just want to charge you and leave you in dark. Highly recommended!!

    DO NOT GET SCREEN REPLACED BY FSE ON GARRATT LANE! COMPLETE SCAM AND UNHELPFUL STAFF!! I had my cracked phone screen replaced a few weeks ago at FSE Computerworld on Garratt Lane. I was given the option of a fake screen or an 'original Apple' screen for £175. I opted for the original screen and was advised that they could prove it was original because of the True Tone function. I have since discovered that this has nothing to do with it, this is only one aspect of any working screen. After a few weeks the touch display started not working correctly and touches were not registered in the right location on the phone. As such could not accurately type. This happened before a further crack in my screen. I went to an Apple approved store who ran diagnostics which revealed that the FSE 'ORIGINAL APPLE SCREEN' WAS FAKE. I went back to FSE who despite this tried to tell me that it was still an Apple screen but from another Apple phone and hence wasn't recognised. They also said it was because the phone had been dropped when in fact the touch sensitivity stopped working before that. Despite the fact that the Apple approved shop PRIVED THAT FSE IS NOT APPLE APPROVED and can therefore NOT SELL ORIGINAL APPLE SCREENS, the FSE Dogsbody still refused to give me my money back despite showing proof of my purchase. RUDE, UNHELPFUL AND COMPLETE SCAM. DO NOT GO THERE.
