Have been using FS for some time now. I can't fault their products, some of the best I've seen and used for the price, but their order fulfillment and shipping processes really need improving. I've never known an order to take so long to arrive, and I've ordered items from Australia that have arrived quicker! If I ever have a project with tight deadlines, I know I can't rely on FS and have to look elsewhere which is a shame.

Don't dare give them any email address you care about. No unsubscribe link when they spam you and worse, they mass email out of a basic mail client with you and your competitors email addresses plain for all to see in the To field. If they are so amateurish in this area what can you expect behind the scenes?

We placed an urgent order for a customer demo on Tuesday. order placed on the Thursday, all items were in stock in Germany. FS told us our order was packed and being collected by courier on the Friday, then on Monday we receive an email to say the cables had to be tested and transceiver programmed that takes 1-2 days, so we cancelled our order. We ended up playing same day courier from a UK supplier to get the cables we needed on time.

Wanted to buy a few ethernet cables for £25 but delivery charges were £14. Thought this was a bit steep so questioned it, was told to spend another £50 for free delivery. Not helpful.
