I recently visited Fryerns Medical Centre and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and service I received. The doctors were incredibly knowledgeable, professional and caring. They took the time to listen to my concerns and provided me with the appropriate treatment and advice. Moreover, I found the receptionist, Megan, to be extremely welcoming and helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure that my appointment was booked at a convenient time and even followed up with me to check on my well-being after my visit. The surgery itself was clean, well-maintained and had a calming atmosphere, which helped to ease my nerves. The entire staff seemed to work well together and their level of professionalism and kindness was very much appreciated. Overall, I would highly recommend Fryerns Medical Centre to anyone in need of medical care. The doctors and staff truly care about their patients and provide exceptional service. When i first visited the place was a mess... I said to myself and anyone i knew i would NEVER revisit. But the day came when i was in need and was my last choice... I was pleasantly surprised. The place has gotten significantly better. To the point i think it deserves a better review than what it has so far! Keep up the good work.
