I've been going there for about 3 years now and have always been good. I'm slightly nervous about dentists and they always explain, use up-to-date equipment and give plenty of time for your appointment. I've had 3 route channel therapies and 3 caps fitted with 2 of them at once and the time went by easily. I had no pain and i haven't had any issues. Nice friendly people too. I learnt of this place via a colleague who's wife was also a nervous patient, she still comes here and is also pleased.

I travelled 30 miles (each way) for my dental check up only to find the reception staff had no record of it! They eventually found it on their calendar in March during my Spanish holiday! They said maybe I could see someone if I hung around for 3 or 4 hours! If they had sent a confirmation text at time of booking this would not have happened as I could have corrected them. I now need to search for a more reliable practice.

I first came across Emma and Sean back in 2004 when they had a practice in Poole. I had not been to a dentist in 10 years but due to continuous toothache I had to submit. Emma looked at my teeth and I remember her saying "oh dear". She soon moved to their new practice in chandlers ford and I quickly followed to get things sorted out. I had 3 very long sessions under intravenous sedation to sort the initial problems, 17 years later I still trust this practice and particularly Emma to undertake my dentistry. Not the cheapest but definitely the best.

I would not recommend at all. Big con, offers a free consultation and then says it not , the dentist i saw said you don't think i am going to give my time for free even though i was told a free consultation ??? So actually it was my time ,travel and money that was wasted.they were extremely rude and no customer service at all. I will be reporting to trading standards for false advertising which i have proof. Reply: You don`t this is not full name as i do not wish to put my real name on there due to security. But can give you the time. Was on thursday 01st October at 15:30 . I was offered a free consultation but like i said, was extremely rude.

Nervous All on 4 Dental Implant Patient. Great experience from start to finish. Initially I saw Dr Emma O'hara who specializes in anxious and phobic patients. She was professional, friendly and knowledgeable throughout and reassured me that I would feel no pain. She put me at ease enough to continue with the consultation for implant surgery with Dr Sean O'hara. After the in depth consultation I was sent a very comprehensive and transparent report detailing the various options available to me, the time scales and the costs. Based on Sean's recommendations I chose to have all of my top teeth removed and replaced with a full top arch of 'all on 4' implants, I also opted for 'same day teeth' which meant a temporary fixed top arch of teeth was fitted on the day that all of the top teeth were removed. And Emma recommended that I be sedated on the day so I would be free of pain. On the day, as promised, I was sedated and remember nothing of the surgery. I have almost completed my treatment, and am now waiting for my final full top arch to be fitted. Throughout the complex and lengthy procedure I have found the staff to be knowledgeable, reassuring and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this dental practice.
