Shockingly unprincipled. Is it really true that Fruition has evicted the City Mission Church several months before a court hearing. This church does so much for the local community including offering a nursery and food bank. This leaves dire consequences for the Church and for the local people of Harlesden at a time when we are facing a cost of living crisis. Our hearts go out to Reverend Hall, his congregation and the people who rely on the kindness of this church.

Poor, poor company that make a mockery of being a contractor and managing buildings. Unfortunately I have had the displeasure first hand and as you can see here the consistency of their poor workmanship and excessive snagging and not closing out issues goes across the board. Avoid these guys like a cat avoids a bath.

Sadly I can't give this review zero stars. These people are shocking - Fruition and the management company they use called Xenon properties. Two years on our snagging on a new property still have not been resolved. Now because two years have expired I have today received an email saying - "This would also not be covered by the 2 year defect period, which has now expired." They have had so many chances to fix issues, we stayed in and wasted our lives and days and they don't come and do the fixes or they use subcontractors who are not told what they need to do. So the work is never done. I will write a more detailed review when I am less angry!!
