After googling and a quick phone call Chris and the guys at Fruit Machine Sales sorted me out. I posted my program card which they fully repaired and posted back in no time at all. Terrible terrible TERRIBLE company! As someone has already stated above. We had a problem with a faulty machine. When we returned it (they wouldn’t pay for the delivery costs) but also have blamed us for not returning ‘a very important usb stick’ which was in fact sent back with the machine. They will now not return OUR machine which is In fact OUR property….This has now led to us escalating this matter further. Very shady! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!
