Besides they have a good and different product, focused on recycling and with the idea of being more sustainable, we are disappointed with their attitude and manners. Really bad experience with the sales agent. We asked for samples, in order to see with our own eyes the product and see how it is, but with the unpleasant surprise that we had to assume all the costs generated from the shipment, once it arrived to Spain. We were never told that we had to assume and pay for getting the samples. We asked for help, and started begging them to assume and pay the costs generated from sending samples, but with no comprehension and neither help. A pity way to deal with possible / new customers...
