You are made to feel you are at fault despite the fact that a client of mine milked the business and took my money with him. You are drowned in paperwork that is difficult to take in and treated as if it's your fault. To be fair they did try to understand how an innocent party feels and I did correspond with them for a time but am reposting my review as it appears to have been removed. I hope others who find themselves at the mercy of liquidators are being treated more sensitively.

Overpriced and solely focussed on protecting their own fees. The team are poor communicators (e.g. emails rarely responded to without chasing/phoning). Uncooperative and without empathy of any creditors. The overall process was not clear (which I believe was deliberate) even when clarification was sought.
