Entered shop. Empty apart from staff member having long chat to one other customer. But no look up, no smile, no acknowledgement I’d entered the shop, no ‘good morning’ - nothing. It’s a small space - come on, good manners cost nothing. Happy to browse but it was awkward. Also when staff member decided to speak she was very ‘dismissive’ about a question I asked concerning sizing. I’ll not be going there again. Had a lot of money to spend too for wedding outfit! Shame.
