After-sales service is as important as the initial sale. I seldom write any reviews online. We've been trying to get the company to re-visit our house and inspect the windows, terrace sliding doors they supplied, to solve a couple of issues including a rubber gasket letting water in from the frame and also check whether all weep holes have been done correctly to make sure any rain water drains well. I was told that someone would attend the property on a few occasions, but then each visit was postponed till following week. Right now, nobody is responding to my messages. I think in order to have the issues fixed, I now have to spend money on another company to attend the property and help us out.

We were looing for two sets of bi-fold doors and a window for our new extension and a close friend recommended Frontline Windows based on his previous experience. After wathcing online reviews of the Alutech doors and reading the specifications we decided to place an order as the price was also very competitive. Jaz visited us to complete an on site survey and take measurements to ensure the measurements were correct and three weeks later the doors were delivered and installed. The installers were very well prepared, quiet and proffesional and within few hours bi-folds and window were installed. I am very impresed with doors, they feel solid, high quality plus they have very slim frame maximising the view of the garden whilst looking very modern. Overall we are very pleased with the service provided and would highly recommend to anyone considering purchasing bi-fold doors or windows in the future. Thank you Frontline Windows.

Jaz was fast and efficient at supplying and fitting Aluminium custom colour windows/Fount Door/Bifold Doors for the whole house. The quality is of a high standard and at a very competitive price compared to the high street competition.
