I have been going to this store for some time now and the customer service has always been wonderful. The hair products available always keep up with the current hair trends and there’s also a good variety of hair accessories. This is my go-to for anything hair and skin care related. The store brings back a touch of home especially here in Portsmouth where African products are so scarce

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a hairdresser . I spent £80 on braids and beads something I would spend 30-50 on back home. The lady who did my hair started complaining because she had to beads in my hair which I might add fell out multiple times as I was leaving. I got to the shop at 3pm and left at 11pm even after the owner tried fixing my hair it wasn’t satisfactory and to be honest I wasted my money. There was also a lot of miscommunication between the workers and the woman who did my hair was extremely rude. I’m not a Portsmouth local but this was a disappointment as it seems there’s not a lot of decently priced hair shops in the area. If I’m paying £80 for hair I expect it to last.
