After disposing i lots of rubbish including 2 bags of grass i ask this man to help me with the 3rd one as i am not tall person and was hard to do it (the grass was up to the wall) .He said "i have seen a shorter person do it, that is not an excuse ". VERY Rude person indeed

Some of the men there are so agressive and some are damm right racist ! I don’t care how old you are or who you are, you shouldnt be working for the council let alone be in a customer service role with the attitude you have towards the public and kids that may attend with there parent… equality and diversity courses should be mandatory In this part of the council for all ages and ethnic and white workers as I really feel this particular person is everything the council shouldn’t have working for them… some people really need to take early retirement..
