Fritz Fryer's customer service is truly exceptional. We bought a pendant light from Fritz Fryer a few years ago but when we went to replace the bulb a couple of weeks ago none worked despite us trying a number of bulb styles. They were very helpful and sent us the correct bulb but it still did not work so they arranged for return of the pendant, electrically tested it, returned it to us within a couple of days and even included a little bag of Christmas biscuits. At every point their communication was excellent and their desire to ensure that we were happy customers was apparent. I cannot think of a better customer service experience.
