I have had 4 operations in 5 weeks. On a abscess on my stomach. The staff are fantastic but the doctors just want you out of the place as fast as possible. If I had spent a day or two more in hospital I would not have to keep going back.. I appreciate that they are busy and thank them for everything.

Came in for an emergency immunisation. I was seen to promptly and with respect from the triage nurse and Nurse Practitioner. People leaving negative reviews need to realise that the wait times are like this across the board country. It is a problem which stems from government failures. The ladies and gents at Frimley Park work incredibly hard, and we shouldn’t take them for granted.

It’s a huge hospital doing it’s best in the circumstances. Tip: Car park is terrible. Too small, too expensive, but can’t remove a star as it’s not the staffs fault.

Getting through to the person or department is a nightmare. I have had numbers on my phone for years, unfortunately they are not in use now. I have not been advised of new ones. I am trying to call ent and get a&e who could do without this, I'm sure. As I am hard of hearing the gentlemens voice at the first stage on your press this number etc... is not tuneable.

A service to be proud of, from Pre op, very attentive and professional then on to the theatre. The team put me at ease and off to sleep, a fantastic job was done, I would like to thank the team for their hard work. I was kept in recovery for around 9 hours with minor complications, I believe I got the best 2 nurses for my duration. Both nurses stayed by my side the whole time. I found both on facebook and thanked them personally. I was then transferred to F5 and then onto F6 all the staff were attentive I was treated with dignity and respect the whole time, what more could you ask. Finally a big thank you to the physio team, I was caught wandering with my frame, so I was fast tracked and discharged within 4 hours. My stay lasted 2 nights. So a big thank you to all involved in my care, including catering and cleaners all doing a fantastic job its a pity I cannot name names.
