  Frillsallround provide great customer service that go that extra mile. Leah was particularly helpful with getting help I needed with a push chair that was purchased in store. I would recommend using this store happily!

  There car park sign is completely misleading!! It’s not the Citroen car park!! Parked my car in there where the signs told me to park. And came back and a post was up. Couldn’t get my car out. Went back in to Frills all around. Who where rude and useless!! Turned out to be Citroens parking lot when over to then. They apologised and explained about Frills all around having misleading signs. Helped me out and where very friendly

  So previously I have not had a problem with the store…Emily has been so helpful in sorting any issues, and giving me helpful information to get what I was looking for and even purchased a double I candy cerium, along with 3 cybex car seats along with little bits such as mattresses, sheets etc… I had a issue with my pram missing the correct part, which I understand was I candy fault not the store but every time I had called up Emily wasn’t around anymore and was faced with someone who had no idea who ‘would have to look into it’ . took a fair few weeks to finally get the correct part with many phone calls or me asking for a update… but that’s not my reason for a low star, as things can happen with slow deliveries etc… My low star review is purely by the fact of how I was treated on my last interaction to the store. I called up due to my one year old being able to undo her car seat buckle, and was looking for advice and what they would recommend to prevent this… I spoke to a women called ‘Jess’ over the phone and I just felt completely palmed off from the get go.. I explained I had brought a car seat and was concerned with my child’s safety and just got told to look online for a solutions ( which I had done, but was so overwhelmed with what to actually get). She never directed me to a single product to look into just that ‘ we don’t have anything’ which cut the conversation short.. all I wanted to know what products are safest and wouldn’t effect the car seats safety ability.. Or at least not have someone rude and blunt towards me.

  Staff were great. Shop was quiet and offered to assemble it for us as we were taking the pram back on the bus.

  I feel I must reply to your comment about looking down at you, if I recollect I acknowledged yourself, the gentleman that was standing at the side with a courteous smile when walking through your shop. I feel that the lady that we asked for assistance regarding whether a pushchair could be used for two children as it had a basket on it hurried us on from that particular one, she said I think so but did not attempt to show us, She just hurried us to your I candy display. She was more interested in trying to sell us a more expensive item, the I candy one, she didn’t want to engage with us and ask ourselves what we were looking for. It would have been more appropriate for her to ask us a price range that we were looking for and then maybe help us further. To the comment you said I gave regarding getting one cheaper it was the Cosatto one. You did not have the Cosatto WOW XL pram and pushchair on display and the only reason I said that was because I’m a Blue card holder and get discount from Cosatto, however if someone had taken the time to interact with us rather than make us feel like a hindrance I would more than likely have wanted to pay the extra as I understand with the recent pandemic small shops need helping out more than ever. In regards to not coming back, we will not, what should have been a very exciting time for ourselves left a sour taste.

  Really rude staff felt like we was being watched at all times not one staff member cracked a smile and was in there for around 30 minutes wouldn’t recommend at all

  Good range but it's a really weird atmosphere in there. I got amazing customer service on one visit when I needed help with a pram, but other than that it's just odd in there. You don't get greeted or asked if you need help, it's completely silent like a library and just generally a bit unwelcoming. Being local and with a baby I'd shop here more often, but because it's such an odd shopping experience I just end up buying all my baby stuff from other retailers

  We’ve just collected our Ickle Bubba pram and travel system including a free bedside crib. Can’t fault the service we received, were given lots of info including a demonstration. We got a great deal as well. Would definitely recommend!

  I have nothing but good things to say about frills all round, after being recommended the shop by a friend we decided to go and have a look. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. The travel system that we were after was in store and they let us try it out. Once happy we ordered the travel system at a competitive price, they kept us up to date on the progress of our order. Quality service, hassle free and would recommend to any parents to be.
