Hi, very disappointed . I'm trying to book myself for 2 years to have a appointment with the doctor. personal I bean pop in to the surgery to make sure I'm going to have this sort it out. they actually tell me the doctor it will call me but never receive any call. I hade very important situation to be done regarding my health but I don't think they look after the patients and the reception unfortunately not helping around. Very poor organization. The best way is to change the GP. Sincerly, Alexandra Tudor! registered on this practice.

After a phone call last week doctor invite me for the appointment to the GP and I visited today , my visit took around 15 min and doctor was really helpful and he carefully listened about my concerns. I'm with FRMP for over 10 years and I had bad and good experience there but I see some improvement. I would give a 5 stars for this time but unfortunately one particular receptionist that was mentioned in the other comments are very rude , I do understand how stressful is this job and receptionist on the first line to deal with unhappy people but this lady are getting worse . I do not understand why other receptionist are kind and helpful and this particular one always are in the bad mood or shutting me down while I try to explain something, there is so many complaints about this lady and she's still working there ? I know people may have bad day but not every day . today I spoke with very friendly and smiling young receptionist and she made me laugh and we sort things very quick and efficient.

It used to be a good surgery but has gone down hill over the years. Hard to get even a telephone appointment. Always have to wait for at least 20-30 minutes over the appointment time for the doctor to see you and one time the patient reaches late by 10 minutes due to no parking available and paying machines not working the appointment is cancelled. The new staff at the reception is rude too. Really disappointed.

My daughter who suffers migraine received an electronic prescription, however the pharmacy did not have the item so gave her a paper copy. After trawling around 5 other pharmaceuticals being told no, she was in quite a anxious state. I managed to locate the items 7 miles away from her, she called the receptionist to ask if a second copy of the prescription could be sent to a pharmacy near to me and was automatically told NO be the lovely (not) Jackie. My daughter called me quite distressed. I went into the surgery to ask face to face and by chance was able to speak to the doctor who immediately took me into his surgery and sorted the prescription. When I confronted Jackie about her behavior (having listened to her being equally as rude and unhelpful to another person calling the surgery) I was told 'Well we are busy' when I explained that the Doctor had very kindly sort the prescription, in her very sarcastic manner she replied 'well good'. I will be putting a formal complaint to the surgery and an additional complaint to the CQC as I have serious doubts that the attitude of the reception staff is in keeping with CQC Standards.

I've been with FRMP for over twenty years and have certainly noticed a marked deterioration in services during that time. Whilst full of praise for the doctors and nurses themselves it is sad that, as other reviewers agree, front of house has been patchy and unpredictable - and sometimes downright rude and infuriating. More recent experience seems to indicate an improvement, but I have just noticed that, according to the NHS website, Friends Road are now accepting new patients. I can't help thinking that this will not improve services for existing patients. I find that it's too easy to forget that we are customers and clients expecting a decent service in return for a lifetime's contributions. We deserve better.

Wish I can give 0 star, worst GP EVER!! Them receptionist are so rude you call and they cut the line on you and when confronted has the cheek to show attitude! This is peoples lives you’re playing for with. If you can’t care for people then you shouldn’t be working there.
