    About a month ago I rang Soggy homes with an emergency situation with my daughters aquarium that I was looking after whilst she was away travelling. The pump had stopped working after a tank clean, would not start up again and I had no clue how to rectify the situation and in sheer desperation I rang Emma at Soggy homes. She was very lovely and told me not to worry and to bring the pump in. I received the most excellent customer service from Emma, who was incredibly knowledgeable and got the pump working for me and also demonstrated to my husband how to maintain the pump ourselves. I can't thank Emma and Soggy homes enough, it's just so great to still find shops/businesses who treat their customers with so much care and respect.
