A glass picture frame which cost £2, was on top of a cabinet which has drawers used for our 1 year olds toys. When we returned from work on Friday evening the toy box had glass shards in. The frame must have fallen and glass smashed. We did everything possible to eliminate the cleaners from this - there was not enough glass to cover the frame, so had to check all outside bins and move all the furniture around. We used that toy box in the morning and were at work all day whilst the cleaners were 'cleaning'. Apparently moving picture frames is not foreseen in the Terms and Conditions of this company...
