    This gp surgery doesn't listen to me as patient that know my body. Jan 2020 I was probably going through covid when I booked appointments and I ask for antibiotic becouse nothing else helped me. The go that looked after me that day didn't give Any and didn't even send a swap to be tested if it's virus or bacteria. And today I had my smir test it was so painful the nurse was torturing me. I told her if it's painful she doesn't do it right.

    Dr Selvaratnam is by far the best GP I've ever had. He really listens and his appointments never feel rushed. Dr Chandy is also very good. The waiting times are sometimes a tad long but this practice also offers appointments at the Winnall surgery, so if you're able to travel up there it helps.
