I live in Canada and send chocolates to my U.K. family - birthdays, Christmas, Mother's Day, other days, etc. Had to rethink sending Canada's best (Purdy's) due to the cost of shipping. Been looking all over the U.K. for a good alternate. Found Friars. Friars now officially the favorite.

Fab sweetie shop, we always go here when we visit Keswick! Lots of different items on offer, chocolates, sweets, toys! Some items are a bit pricey for what they are but everything is excellent quality so happy to spend the extra money! My favourite is the cinder toffee!
