Friarhouse is the best antiques shop in England. Highly highly recommend. Victoria, the shop owner, is a true and trusted expert with a wealth of knowledge and is one of the most honorable, honest people I know. Her pieces are truly unique, quality, historic and authentic. And the town of Battle is well worth a visit. It has amazing history and tea shops. The Friarhouse shop itself is an incredible historic space from the 1600s with a stunning garden and architecture.

I recently bought a pair of 1930’s Art Deco cluster diamond earrings from Friar House. The earrings are even more beautiful then they appeared in the photos, and the quality and detail are simply gorgeous. I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase and ease of purchasing the earrings. Also the packaging was exquisite, and the shipping was prompt, I received them 3 days earlier then expected, I will definitely be ordering from this shop again!
