Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant. The service was amazing from the team. In term of speed of response and issuing out a fantastic product that my wife enjoyed on our big day. Above and beyond - It was a present for my wife. I was worried about her not liking them. I emailed the team to advise I purchased the earrings early to surprise my wife during a trip to NY and may fall out of the return policy. They advise as I had emailed they were happy to extend this.
