We have been dealing with Heather Varley in wills department from a death in the family and she is completely incompetent and has no idea what she is doing , she can’t get names right , causes issues when it’s simple , never replies to emails and then sends a 10 grand bill , when I have had to sort out most of it in the first place. My dad would be turning in his grave as he thought this company was a reputable one , how wrong he was . Everyone should avoid using them at all costs
