    Really can’t understand how people can write 1 star reviews. Been with Freshwell for just over two years, and it’s the best GP surgery I’ve ever experienced. Nothing is too much for all the doctors, nurses and support staff.

    We are so lucky to be registered at this surgery. Receptionists are approachable & so helpful. The e consult service is very good. I have only encountered one doctor who I didn't feel particularly comfortable with. All the other doctors, & nurses have been just great. I'm very relaxed & comfortable here & so grateful to all who I've met for their professionalism.

    Amazing service.Spoke to very pleasant receptionist at 11am and was offered an appointment 2.5 hours later ( was expecting to have to wait a week.or so)Was managed very appropriately by a lovely locum Dr and referred on to the hospital on the 2 week wait service. You I received notification to contact the surgery and was in telephone queue for 56 mins as a result, only for it to be assumed by reception that I was being a nuisance and deserving of being snapped as someone for phoning in on the off chance-which I wasn't That's my lunch hour gone on a complete waste of time and cost, and being spoken to like dirt. This doctors used to be great

    Use to be good, really gone downhill. Drs staff rude dispensary one has attitude. You would think it's there meds. Use to be 2 days now 5, there not seeing patients, so why is it longer . If people want there meds, Some times earlier, get Some one To check, people don't want the 3rd degree every time they call. Allocate someone to just answer the call. And talk with respect, not that every person that calls is a pain. Some Dr's still good and caring but not the new ones. We feel it's slowly got worse . We have been here for 9 years. And not said before. But had enough now .....
