Disappointed to say the very least. Difficult to get hold of, doesn't return calls or emails, doesn't arrive when says he's going to. Have asked for paperwork for our system and had no response, have even offered to collect the information needed and still no acknowledgement.

Would highly recommend putting in a reverse osmosis filtration system to ensure clean drinking water for your office needs. Having used RO at home for nearly 20 years, it was bliss to finally move into our own office and be able to move away from the standard office water dispensers. This way we know our team are getting fresh remineralised water without chlorine, hormones and other nasties every day at work. Also no more descaling of kettles or coffee machines!
