Really slow to process orders. Ordered on Sunday, not processed until Wednesday. Used Apple Pay to checkout but there were no further options on shipping method when paying this way. Turns out it’s being sent on a delivery that is up to 7 days. Honestly guys it’s 2022 but you operate like it’s 1990.

I ordered kefir grains. They arrived on time but were not fresh. I used them for about 250ml of milk to make kefir but the fermentation did not happen and I ended up throwing away everything. I have a lot of experience in making kefir so I know that the grains were not suitable.

I ordered a (starter) 5g kefir seeds pack, it clearly stated 2-3 days first class packet delivery for £2, which I thought was reasonable, I didn't receive till one week later! So I will buy elsewere next time! I haven't prepared it yet but hopefully it will be fine?

I was disappointed with my 2nd Bach of Lions Mane powder. Lots of large unground lumps making it difficult and unpleasant to consume in a tea/coffee. Not sure if this has anything to do with the product now coming from Solent Shrooms.

Just received my order and very excited. Arrived quickly and postage was very reasonable, they also regularly have special offers. The kefir grains arrived looking really healthy- the only thing I would say is a wee label on the packet saying "activate me ASAP" would be great for anyone not used to handling kefir. Mine are happily activating right now. Customer service was v quick in replying and helpful. As someone with allergies, I felt more comfortable ordering from here than ebay where grains are in home kitchens. Everything is clearly labelled for allergens.
