The yellow colour is pretty nice, the products are decent, the staff not good at all. I was browsing all around London for a solid shampoo so I come to this shop. The staff just bad, really bad, when I first come into the shop was no one in the shop floor and suddenly someone come from downstairs. For what? He was just checking the till all the time. And then he just started following me all around, pushing me to buy something even when I made clear I wanted to be alone. So rude. I went to visit for the first time, I bought 1 solid shampoo with a plastic pot too. Looking for a free plastic product and then the guy offered me free stickers. Where is the point of saying you are saving the planet, and offering free plastic stickers? Nonsense. The product is okay, but honestly, first and last time I shop with you. 😑 Please improve the customer service....
