Every time they have excuse to not collect bin. Says bin is not out. Last 5 years we have same place where is our bin. They only Very cleaver. Only do service one a month but charge twice a month. Never use this company!!!

It has been a month since we had our last bin collections. We have rang multiple times now and are told it’s still not been collected this has happened previous months too. They’re happy to take payments on time but not give service on time! Now we’ve had to pile up rubbish next to our bin and business!

Been using these guys for around 4 years now & they used to be pretty reliable but recently their service levels have dropped 10 fold. They don’t empty my waste bins when they’re supposed to - their excuse is either the van broke down or the wagon was full. When you do try to contact them it can be very difficult to speak to the right person as they tend to pass you query onto a different dept - they then promise you a call back which 9/10 Never happens. If you send them chaser emails, they don’t even respond to them anymore. I own a bar and restaurant so it’s imperative our bins are emptied on our service days to avoid contamination but they obviously don’t understand the importance of that anymore nor the consequences I face when our bins are left overflowing and there’s broken glass everywhere as the bins are that full. I don’t normally leave negative reviews but I’m leaving this in the hope that somebody at senior management may read it and be courteous enough to reply to my messages. I’ll certainly be looking for another Waste company in the very near future !! Service: Waste recycling

I have been used this company more than 6 years, it was perfect before. Once signed the contract, it will be the same price. For the past few years, I have to ring up to negotiate the price because of the increase in April. Even you signed the contract, they are still telling you that they follow the government increase in April. In that case, why should we signed the contract at the beginning? I am going to end the contract with this company because of the poor service since COVID. Never want to let other people know about the service of the company because it could be my bad luck only. BUT I need to let you all to know, if you want to terminate your contact with this company, you need to pay £11.85 for the empty bin collection. That's ridiculous for the customer to pay for the company to collect their own bin because it's for their own purpose. My contact ends in 9th March 2022, I have to pay for the company to collect their bin back for transportation cost. I contacted my account manager and stated that I'm not going to pay for it. Then he said I need to miss the next collection so I could use that payment to pay for the bin collection. SO WHOEVER USING THE COMPANY, YOU MUST CHECK BEFORE YOU END YOUR CONTACT!!! Otherwise you pay for something you're not entitled to. Service: Yard debris removal

This place has an agreement which is both onerous and tedious to get out of. Their Manager Jason has been nothing but arrogant and completely unprofessional. I implore anyone thinking of signing up to this company to read their T & C's very carefully. They make it ridiculously hard to leave. Although we have met their onerous requirments to leave they're still saying that we can't leave. They have been trying to keep us in a contract now for more than two years from when we wanted to leave, they even tried increasing the contract term from 52 weeks to 104 weeks. Avoid like the plague.

Have a small restaurant. Been using them for about 8 year now since i started the restaurant but last couple of years their service becoming a joke. They keep failing to empty the rubbish all the time. Last month alone they failed to empty it 3 times in a row. When i contact them. Keep giving excuse they cant stop because of a park car and the customer service seem just don't care about it. Look like they just looking for any excuses to not empty the rubbish. The most screw up part is they still bill us for the "NOT" emptying the rubbish. They basically charge me for a drive by. Service: Junk removal
