    Fresh Start UK personal training has been a lifeline to me both through covid and after - offering a flexible and supportive route to maintaining some form of exercise. As a busy full-time working parent having quick and effective workouts to do at home in my own time has enabled me to keep on top of my fitness, and the focus on particular needs of women in their 30s and 40s is great. The group support that Sian provides is also motivating and lots of fun. Sian is immensely knowledgeable and encouraging and goes out of her way to help us with our queries and questions.     Cannot recommend Sian enough. I joined her online Hub. The workouts are varied, always tailored to how we move in real life & a good level of challenge - always with adaptions. Sian is clear in her teaching style and down to earth. I’ve done a different online exercise Hub before that I found got quite repetitive. This is not the case with Sian. She’s completely passionate about women’s health and is always furthering her knowledge. It’s wonderful to have a holistic approach that brings in all aspects of women’s health. Give it a go, you won’t regret it.
