I've used this company for a while now for my house and my two daughters houses and also My best friend over the road. Excellent service my carpets have been fab everytime. I did have a slight issue this last time it was cleaned. But I have to say the communication was outstanding and they was back the next day to correct the issue. On time every time and even phone to say they are on time or slight delay. Can't fault the service at all. Will be using again. Great prices. I've sent a few friends over to this company also. We found these by looking on Google for the best carpet cleaner in HUDDERSFIELD they came up as number 1 and they was! What an amazing guy worked like a magician got rid of all the pet stains and my carpets have come up like brand new! I will be moving to Halifax soon and I am so glad that they cover the area. I booked Fresh Start for a Saturday morning job, it was very last minute, but wasn't an issue for them. Originally scheduled for 12pm, the day before, they said they could do 11am. On the day, they turned up 15 minutes early - and apologised for being late ❤️ Polite and friendly, the job carried out was amazing (4 carpets, large sunroom and bathroom) and gave everything a much needed freshen up. They even offered tips and advice on the cooker and extractor I was having issues with cleaning. This is a long review, but they are fully worth it. I would highly recommend.

Great communication. The man turned up exactly on time (10 mins early in fact) and did a really thorough job. He had a nice chat with my very curious 5 year old as well. Absolutely over the moon with this company. Having bad anxiety and mental health, I was apprehensive about someone coming into my home with the smell coming from my carpet because I tried to self clean it. The man came within 12 hours to help and answered everything I asked as well as making me feel at ease. Very friendly and very professional. Safe to say, I believed my carpet was cream .. It's actually grey, and without these guys, I wouldn't have known .. that's how brilliant their work is.
