I’ve been using Fresh Prepare for both meal prep and takeaways for a little while. On the meal prep side of things there is always a good selection of dishes on the menu and it’s handy that the meals are macro counted, so you can keep on track with your diet. The takeaway is also very good and the protein shakes are amazing! Highly recommend!

The only healthy takeway in the neighbourhood. I've tried most of the dishes and all are lovely. Food is prepared with care, nice presentation and hot. It might be a bit more expensive but its worth it. Would recommend
