After working at this place for just over 5 years I can honestly say I wouldent order from hear as it's a health hazard if you saw the state the warehouse is in and how the food is kept you wouldent give it away let alone pay for the items here there is mould on stock which I have personally notified the depo manager countless times about this issue and still seen items sent out on Van's and sent via post to amazon/ebay customers and when addressing this to our depo manager he just ignors the fact that he knows anything about it also there is vermin running around as the higher members of staff couldent care less with addressing these issues and are only botherd about money and not the well being of the staff the health and safety regulations at this place is next to none. The only positive thing I can say about this place is the small warehouse staff of 3 I did work with great lads and also the drivers and salesrep of Sheffield who are really helpful and friendly and not to forget the lasses in the office other than that there is nothing good about this place at all.(!!STAY AWAY!!)

This is the second time my daughter has sent a gift basket from this company. I think they rely on the fact that they will not receive complaints because the recipients will not wish to upset the giver. The first time the fruit was rotten to the point where it had to be thrown away. We did photograph it and received a better hamper. I cannot be bothered this time and have told my daughter not to use this company again. The bananas are practically compost. The apples are brown and bruised as is the pear. The bars of chocolate included are very poor quality such as you would expect to buy at a market stall. I feel this company buys cheaply to maximise profit. Very disappointing.
