Terrible service, shoe repair looks really cheap… unfortunately on an expensive new pair of stilettos for which I wanted to have the sole protected. I’ve used shoe repair for many years and that’s the worst job I’ve ever seen. In addition, the shop closed before indicated hours which meant I had to make an extra trip to the city to get my shoes back on the next day.

In March I dropped some trousers off to the altered. The next day we went in to lockdown and I was unable to collect my trousers. Subesquently the London company I worked for closed down due to Covid so I did not need to travel to London again. Fresh Collection held my trousers and jeans until now (September) and very kindly sent them to me on my request. I now have my trousers and jeans and am very happy with the alteration work done but even more happy with the excellent service!! Thank you Fresh Collection!! Services: Delivery, Alterations
