PLEASE AVOID!!! I’ve brought here two watches (one Lotus and one Larsson & Jennings) and they quoted around 12£ each battery. The next day I found myself with a bill of 45£ because they claim that this Lotus model is “very expensive” (their average RRP is 150€) and therefore my watch needed an expensive battery! I’m never coming back here, this never happened to me at their Oxford Circus store. I’d give cero stars review if I could.
