Like many other reviewers a year ago I would have given the company 5 stars. In the last 2 weeks, having returned from holiday with no clean as promised, I have tried to contact the company via email, phone and web site several times. I have not had a single response to my many messages and - again like another reviewer - I am concerned as the company has my keys and because I have no physical address for them and they are not responding to my electronic communications, I don't know how to get them back. I wonder if the company is even still in business! Pleased to say my keys have now been returned (though later than promised!)

Initially we were very happy with the service provided. But the cleaner who did our first clean left and since then the quality dropped. They did not turn up for two weeks and didn't give any indication as to why. When I contacted them, I was told that the cleaner forgot to take our keys with them, so they couldn't get in. We have cancelled the service and are now struggling to get our keys returned. It has been nearly a month and we still haven't got them back. Their communication and organisation is clearly very poor. It is difficult to get hold of someone who seems to know what is going on. I am concerned that these people still have our keys. Additional note: I have just looked through the previous comments and Liam Keeling, the person who runs the business, has left a review giving them 5 stars. REPLY: There is no option to reply to the company's comment, so I am doing it here. The issue wasn't the illness of a cleaner, the issue was that the replacement left our keys in the office twice and no one contacted us to explain what had happened. I only received an email telling me this after I emailed to ask why no one had turned up. It was the lack of communication that I take issue with. We never received an email letting us know that you would break up for Christmas. I emailed on 4th January, because when I called and spoke to the woman who answered, she couldn't put me through to anyone who could help. I did get a reply to my email on 6th January saying that my keys would be returned on Tuesday 8th in the afternoon, which they were not. At this point, I don't particularly want to argue over who said what and when, I just want my keys back. Based on the dates you gave in your reply, I expect them returned by 15th January,. That is 7 working days after 6th January.

The treatment I received from this company is despicable. I initially contacted them for a one off-clean which they promised they could do. Nobody turned up on the agreed date and when I rang I was told that the cleaners had some car trouble and someone else was sent. They then said they could do a clean every week. Out of the 11 times they said they would come, on 6 occasions they did not. I would hear the morning of the agreed date that there was an "emergency". On the final week I heard nothing and just returned to my house to find that it had not been cleaned. I enquired as to what had happened as was assured that the cleaners claimed they came. They did not. The problem is because of the way they insist on billing customers, I had already paid for that clean. After a lot of back and forth I received and apology and was assured the cleaners would turn up the following week. They did not. I was then promised a refund, which of course I never received despite a lot of chasing and a lot of promises from them. I have now filed a claim through the court to receive a refund for a clean they have repeatedly admitted did not happen. They truly have no shame.

Absolutely fantastic service from My Green Clean, very easy to deal with and Cecilia did an amazing job cleaning my Airbnb property.
