DO NOT USE! They didn’t turn up to clean my bin, when I contacted them about it, they had decided to change the date I was booked in for and didn’t contact me. Anita on the phone accused me of being “confused” and getting the dates wrong. Then once I finally had a call back (they don’t answer their phones), I was told on the phone that I was going to be “taken of their list” no offer to try and resolve things. I was also told to not write a review as the owner of the company “will take it further”. Absolutely awful!

We get 2 bins cleaned, they forgot to clean one which was probably a genuine mistake but instead of just refunding us, they argued and said the guy is certain he did them both. So I sent cctv. At the 3rd attempt they said they would refund as a gesture of goodwill. They were rude over email, sending me the t&c’s as I left my bins in the garden. They are on the drive. Either way, this had nothing to do with the fact they only cleaned one bin. When I said I was thinking of cancelling due to the above they said they had removed me from their list. Can’t see a business lasting long with service like that. A simple apology and credit would have been fine. Service: Cleaning & disinfection
