THIS COMPANY HAS STOLEN FROM ME. I paid £75 for a delivery box that I never received. After agreeing to refund me, I have since received no refund and they are now ignoring my emails. I am now having to take matters further with an ombudsman... AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE :( Edit: After this review, Fresco box replied to one of my emails. They HADN'T refunded me the original £75, as stated in their review reponse, but they did send me a £75 gesture of good will. I appreciate their £75 gesture, it is just a shame it took so long (and this review) for them to reply to me.
