We have both catch-and-release and catch-and-keep policies. Anglers are welcome to keep up to three fish per day, and any additional fish caught must be released back into the pond.

    we went as a group of 6 first time fly fishers! Matt and Martin were fantastic - taught us the basics (using their gear) and then helped us for 5 hours whilst we tried to catch a trout - which we did! great fun, with BBQ afterwards. picturesque location, easy to get to, good parking and facilities. Highly recommend.

    We had a great team building day in May this year at Frensham Trout Fishery. Matt and his team provided excellent tuition and guidance resulting in everyone catching trout, some even reaching double figures. We had an excellent breakfast on arrival and a great lunch with refreshments. The setting is beautiful and I look forward to visiting again soon. I cannot recommend Frensham Ponds Fishery highly enough for the experienced fly fisherman or as a novice. Stuart
