My wife purchased a suit for me to wear during one of our wedding events. Amazing service and great quality tailored fitted suits at a superb price. The customer service provided by Uncle Zee was the best customer service I have recieved ever. He has an excellent understanding of his customers and is very patient! I would defenitely take a trip to this Frencheye branch if you are looking for suits of any ocassion, they have a fantastic range of colours, patterns, fits and even offer a bespoke service!

We visited Westfields on Monday, went to many shops that sold suits, all of their customer service was poor, we came here to Frencheye on the off chance we might find what we were looking for and found my partners wedding suit, it was 2 weeks away when looking, Haf spent a lot of time helping us and making sure he pinned the suit to be perfect, we were worried that we wouldn’t be able to have alterations done in time but luckily the store was able to do them in 5 days, we picked up the suit today, again a lot of care and attention from Haf, a very good experience! We appreciate it, thank you very much Haf!

Awful customer service. After being given a shirt in the packaging at the till for my wedding and being assured by the store assistant that it was the correct style and size for what I had tried on, only to drive three hours home and discover it was incorrect. I then tried to organise a refund and was told this wasn’t possible and was given a credit note. I’m disgusted as this was for my wedding and at the fault of the store. If they had given me the correct shirt in the first place we wouldn’t be in this situation. Poor. Poor. Poor.

I chose a pale blue linen mix suit, a fitted white shirt, tie and pocket handkerchief. Zee was fantastic and very attentive to my needs. He had no problem with me trying different styles and made alterations as I was trying various suits on. All the staff were really helpful but special praise goes to Zee who went above and beyond the call of duty. Five star service and would definitely recommend Frencheye to anyone.

Needed a suit for a pre-wedding event, and ended up buying the perfect suit, and shirt and tie. Uncle Zee gave us such an amazing experience, honestly the customer service here is top notch. We were also offered tailoring and everything ready for two days later. We were both very pleased thanks to Zee !!
