Exceptional company and customer service. They stored my wood for 10 months as my project kept hitting snags. Then 3 years after buying it from them, now part of my floor is bowing, Herve and an engineer are going to drive from Kent to the Derbyshire Peak district to fix it! The bowing is not their fault, and I had only contacted them to ask for advice. Herve insists they "must get it right" and so they are coming. To be clear, they did not lay it. This is just spectacular service. Thank you Herve.
