We hired the boat for scattering ashes. It was a well organised, peaceful, and lovely experience. The staff on the boat were very caring and sensitive. It was a lively experience. I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for something special for the final goodbye. They will also play the music you would like to hear. All in all, it was a very good experience.

We took the 2 hours tour and it was a disaster. 1 hour out of / hours your is spent waiting for other boats to past in the same spot. It was waste of time and money.

Lovey cruise up the river, very polite staff and helpful. Only bad point is that the £17 per person cream tea is not worth it, only get 2 small triangles sandwiches and a scone with cream butter and ham and a 2 fingers short bread oh and hot drink. A couple years ago we got lots more in the food bit

Took a 40 minute boat tour with this company. Very well run, courteous staff. We did the one at 10am so there were hardly any folks on the boat. The ride is accompanied by an audio guide which talks about the history of Winsdor and Eaton, it's rulers and the castle. Overall highly recommended.

No disable discount, no carer discount, no blue light discount. Needs a refit and more flexible on prices .

The monks from Bhuddhapadipa temple Wimbledon enjoyed a boat ride passing Eaton School with this company. I can only tell those interested that we learned much from the onboard commentary. That the crew were very welcoming and served us tea and coffee at a reasonable price. We enjoyed the experience and hope others will too.

Very friendly staff! Welcomed our dog on board too (we thought we’d get turned away because she’s not small) and offered her water as soon as we boarded - which was much appreciated as it was quite warm inside! There is an onboard bar and staff will come and take your drinks order. Cash only though which can be inconvenient for some. Tour itself was just a pre-recorded audio and views weren’t that great but this isn’t really the boat companies fault. £12 per adult which I thought was fairly reasonable.
