I took my children to a taster session, and we met Ben, he was very friendly and welcoming, the kids instantly took a liking to him. They joined in and were hooked straight away. They left the taster class asking to sign up. From this moment on, they have been looking forward to attending every week. They are learning martial arts, keeping fit and having lots of fun!! Ben was also very accommodating with my sons asthma one week when he was struggling. I would recommend freestyle martial arts to anyone that wants to learn and have fun!!

Freestyle Martial Arts Havant. My daughter and I joined a few months ago and have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I particularly enjoy it for the fitness. My daughter enjoys it for everything, but she has gained confidence as well as fitness. Our instructor, Ben, is wonderful, he's very knowledgeable and encouraging and makes the lessons very enjoyable. Me and my son we joined in March last year. We both are very happy with the training: professional and fun, but also hard work. The atmosphere is amazing, and our instructor always finds a moment to meet and greet everyone before training starts.
