Shocking customer service. Waiting a month for a second replacement recorder box and not convinced one will arrive anytime soon. Do not buy a freesat product, poor quality and service.

Problem with the box that should have been resolved in a phone call. Four phone calls and three weeks later we are no further down the line. Being asked the same questions over and over and promised call backs that never materialise. For a product that on the whole is a well built piece of equipment its a shame the service doesn't back it up. Annoyed, frustrated and will not be recommending to my friends and family.
